Our apartment on Graz Lendplatz has been completely renovated. The apartment is exclusively available to our guests. From the central location of the apartment, you can explore Graz with all its sights and attractions. When you come home, a stylish, luxurious and quiet apartment awaits you, equipped with everything your heart desires.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator, is very quiet and has a new kitchen, a cozy dining table for 4 people, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven and everything you need for cooking.

The modern living room has a pull-out couch, the exit to the balcony with a magnificent view of the Schlossberg, a dining table, and a TV with internet access and web browser.

The romantic bedroom is equipped with a nice and cozy bed, a wardrobe, 2 cozy armchairs and a desk.

A modern and stylish bathroom, recently with a washing machine (!), Is also available, as is free WiFi and a stereo system with CD, USB and Bluetooth.

Parking is possible in the green zone (a 5-minute walk away) for several days at a time. there is a blue zone in front of the house (perfect for unloading suitcases etc.)
I also have a free parking space about 10 minutes away, which is usually free, at your disposal.

Free WiFi, TV (42 inch Full HD) with internet access and web browser, Maxdome, Netflix (for existing customers to log in), stereo CD player with USB, Bluetooth, radio for use.

There is also a restaurant and bar overview of the best Graz restaurants. So there is nothing standing in the way of exploring the extraordinary Graz cuisine. Of course, I am personally available for restaurant recommendations!
